She also holds a College of Architecture Certificate in Health Systems and Design. Dr. Neil Ross has joined Haisley Millar as VP – Science and Technology. Neil obtained his B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from McGill University (Montreal, QC) and completed his post-doctoral research in a multi-national pharmaceutical research laboratory. Prior to joining Haisley Millar, Neil was Director of Research at the National Research Council (NRC)’s Institute for Marine Biosciences and Lead of the NRC-Industrial Research Assistance Program Bioproducts Sector Team. Congratulations to Stephen Millar on being selected for a place on the Radiography Diagnostics program at the University of Ulster, NI. This is a prestigious and much sought after program sponsored by the UK National Health Service.
